2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon blossom flower water
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoon orange juice
One teaspoon coriander
Half an onion
Grate carrot and put in the middle of a plate.
Cut the marrow into long and thin slices and put them around carrot.
Dice onion into small pieces and add it to carrot.
Peel vigorously the oranges and divide into lunar pieces and put into the plate.
Mix together lemon juice, orange juice, coriander honey and blossom water.
Add to the salad and refrigerate for one hour
