Ingredients
300 gram fish fillet
200 gram tomato diced
Half onion medium size
Half a tablespoon curry
Half a tablespoon chili
Half botch coriander
2 tablespoon lemon juice
One tablespoon olive oil
Garlic, ginger, pepper
Water
Preparation
Slice onion and garlic and stir fry with ginger in olive oil
Add curry and chili and half the quantity of coriander
Add tomatoes and water if needed
Over with fish filet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
Before serving add lemon juice and decorate with remaining coriander
