Chocolate mousse
Ingredients
50 gram dark chocolate
6 egg whites
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Artificial sweetener
Preparation
Melt chocolate
Heat milk, when milk is hot remove from heat, add egg yolks and mix very well
Add chocolate and cocoa powder and mix again
Blend egg whites adding artificial sweetener
Add egg whites to chocolate mixture
Pour mixture in five different cups and refrigerate.
