Oats healthy nuggets

200 gram chicken breast
 Half an onion
Half cup low fat milk
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Half cup oats mixed with 1tablespoon of wheat flour
 One tablespoon Olive oil
 Blend together chicken breast, onion, parsley and pepper, add some water if needed
  Fill in three dishes as follow milk and oats
 Shape chicken dough in patties and put in milk than on oats
 In a non stick pan, heat oil and stir fry nuggets
