Coffee custard
 


 Ingredients
1 ¾ cup skim milk
 1½ teaspoon instant coffee
 2 tablespoon rapadura(brown sugar) you may use artificial sweetener if you like
2 eggs
 
 
Preparation
Heat milk
Add instant coffee and rapadura and mix very well
Blend eggs using a blender
 Pour mixture in 5 cups
 Heat water in a pan
Put cups in heated water and cook for 35 minutes
 Refrigerate
